Sara Cody grew up in Colorado and Wyoming. A summer spent in Vienna as a teenager sparked her interest in that city's history and culture. Her work has appeared in blogs and journals online, as spoken-word and theatrical performances around Los Angeles, and as liner notes for a few of her favorite bands. She was a recipient of a Brush Creek Arts Foundation residency, and is a senior editor at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, where she produces exhibition catalogues and related materials. In her spare time, Sara gamely persists in trying to teach herself German.
